Since I’ve been feeling [negative adjective] since recovering from my mystery flu-like illness a few weeks back, I’m implementing some strict rules to get myself back in prime condition. Hopefully this will clear up this funk that’s around me.
I gotta go full paleo, something isn’t feeling right again. Meals will look something like:
Breakfast: 2-3 eggs & raw or cooked veggies (broc, cauli, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, spinach, mushrooms)
Lunch: Soup (tomato kind, broccoli/cauliflower kind/chili) + meat if lacking protein
Dinner: Meat & veggies (hamberger meat, ground beef, chicken, fish, chili)
Snacks: Raw nuts & veggies (I’m loving the pecans as of late)
Coffee, dairy, any kind of grain, sugar (unless natural), fruit,
And no drinks except water or herbal caffeine free tea.
Most of all: not allowed to not eat when hungry.
Continue to bike to school everyday. Walk aunt and uncles dog 3 times a day while they’re gone. Start going to hot yoga again the THAT 5PM CLASS TOMORROW.. OR THE DEATH SENTENCE!!! (‘death sentence’ is slang for jogging btw) Gonna try to get to yoga every other day or more if possible.
Not allowed: To have a day without one of: biking to school, going to yoga, or going for a jog (min 2K)
Might start doing some weights again once or twice a week, the upper body is getting weakly.
Not allowed: TV, video games, movies, and non-school use of internet.
That’s right tumblr, I mean you. After I post this, I’m out. I won’t be coming back here until Tuesday or Wednesday.
